| Client Officer | Appropriate Healthcare field qualification which includes a Medical Technology/Nursing Diploma or Degree/Technician Qualification with marketing/client service experience OR at least 5 years marketing experience in a medical environment/health care industry • A Marketing qualification is highly advantageous • Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license and own vehicle • Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft Office- Excel, Word PowerPoint, Email etc.) • QA knowledge (PRISM, Point of Care, Accreditation audits and Client feedback) systems is highly advantageous • Previous experience in Pathology/knowledge of Pathology medical terminology is highly advantageous. • Extensive client service experience which includes: o engaging directly with clients and being the primary point of contact for them o a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients o a proven track record of networking with clients/supporters |

| Phlebotomy Technician/Staff Nurse | Enrolled Nurse Certificate/Phlebotomy Technician qualification • Current registration with SANC/HPCSA • Computer literate with Skylims knowledge is advantageous • Must have a valid unrestricted Code B driver’s license. • Must have at least 2 years’ nursing experience. • Phlebotomy experience is essential. • Pathology experience is highly advantageous which includes order of draw and running of Point of Care instruments i.e. Hemocue, Stratus & running of arterial blood gas on the machine. • Client-focused with excellent attention to detail |
