  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Finance background is advantageous)
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing in Africa on a zone scale.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools (MS Outlook, Teams, Excel etc.).
  • Experience in HR systems preferably SAP and PaySpace
  • Preferably experience on a multi country payroll environment.
  • Sound knowledge on Personal Income Tax, Wage Tax and Social Security regulations in the different countries of Africa Zone.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll accounting, payroll compliances and audits.
  • Thrives in a global environment, working flexibly where required.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Extensive knowledge on expat payroll

Performance & CI Manager
  • Relevant Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Instrumental, Instrumentation)
  • Belt training
  • Packaging Technical / Management / Global Management Trainee
  • At least 3-5 years factory production experience and a management level
  • Proven people management
  • A superior performance track record indicating a disciplined work ethic with passion for problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Excellent understanding of VPO Effective communication skills

Brewing Process Operator
  • National Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Biological Sciences
  • General Certificate in Brewing or Diploma in Brewing would be advantageous
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in a brewing environment would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a process-controlled manufacturing environment, ideally in food FMCG products.
  • Ideally, a process understanding of the Brewing process from Raw materials transfers to BBT, including utilities.
  • PC literacy (Microsoft/SAP)
  • Physically fit and healthy, able to pick up weights to 20kg

Packaging Maintenance Controller
  • National Diploma Mechanical Engineering (S4)/ (N6) and Trade Tested Fitter or Millwright.
  • Maintenance Diploma would be advantageous.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Preventive, Predictive Maintenance of concerned with production plant, involved in the day-to-day inspections, preventive & predictive maintenance and repair of machinery.
  • Previous work experience with VPO or other continuous improvement tools would be advantageous.
