01. Position:- Audit Manager
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years’ experience (including 2 years at a supervisory/management level) in managing audit staff and performing Information, Technology & Cyber assurance and consulting reviews in a large and complex environment. Among others, this can include reviews of general computer controls, application controls, business processes, software development processes (agile & other), IT & Information Security, Information management and cyber security.
- Prior experience managing several assignments, some with competing deadlines.
- Experience interacting with clients at all levels including senior/executive management.
- BSc / BCom / Btech / Beng / Honours (with Computer Science / Information Systems as a major) or similar and/or post graduate qualification.
- CISA and/or CIA / CRISC / CGEIT / CDPSE.
- Experience in applying industry-based methodologies & frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, ISO, ITIL, etc.
- Experience with integrated audits (application controls and data analytics) and providing Information, Technology & Cyber audit support to non-IT auditors.
- Internal audit experience and experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- Must be able to travel locally and willing to travel internationally if required, and work overtime when necessary.
02. Position:- Service Consultant
Location: Upington, Northern Cape
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- FAIS compliance (60 credits Commercial Lines and 30 credits Personal Lines).
- RE 5
- Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Contact Centre experience will be advantageous
03. Position:- Client Service Consultant
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- FAIS compliant (30 credits NQF level 4)
- Experience in short term insurance
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Compliance with FAIS Fit & Proper criteria i.e. minimum experience and competency requirements, which can be obtained while working under supervision.
- Computer literate
- Willing to work shifts
- Clean track record in terms of adherence to Quality standard and Compliance
- Consistent target achievement
04. Position:- Reward Analyst
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience (preferably B.Com).
- Formal training in reward fundamentals (ex. GRP certification)
- 2-3 years reward / payroll experience
- Experience in creating dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyse data.
05. Position:- Senior Internal Auditor
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Requirements
- Internal Audit or equivalent qualification.
- CIA or studying towards CIA.
- 5 to 7 years internal auditing experience.
- Competency in applying data analytics.
- A strong understanding and knowledge of risks and controls.
- Experience in short-term insurance related audits and knowledge of insurance processes would be an advantage.
- Completed articles (external audit) would be an advantage.
