Requirements
- A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification, preferably a National Diploma or BCom in Accounting/Finance.
- 8 years or more relevant experience covering all aspects of the relevant revenue financial processes.
- Valid Code B drivers’ license
- Compliance with the Municipal Regulations on Minimum Competency Levels [GNR. 493 published under GG. 29967 of June 2007 and as amended by GNR. 1146 published under GG. 41996 of October 2018]. Candidates who have not yet attained the required Minimum Competency Level in the Unit Standards prescribed for Finance Middle Managers will be afforded 18 months from date of appointment to attain such competency as prescribed.
- Computer literate (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
- Proficient in at least two (2) of the three (3) official languages of the Western Cape
